Singer Jazzy B just took to his social media profile and expressed his grief over legendary Punjabi singer Sardool Sikander passing away in Mohali.
Veteran Punjabi singer Sardool Sikander, aged 60, has passed away at Fortis hospital in Mohali. He was recently diagnosed with Coronavirus and was under treatment for various issues including kidney damage, uncontrolled sugar, and multi-organism failure.
Jazzy B took to his social media and expressed his grief. He tweeted, “Can’t believe Sardool Bhaji left us! Bhaji wargey insan dunia tey Bahut Ghat aun dey ney ehni respect dindey see app to shotey nu b mere nall hamesha Ustad Ji dian Yada Sanjiya kardey hundey see Crying face waheguru ji ohna nu apney charna which nivas bakshanFolded hands luvubhaji”
Punjabi-language folk and pop singer Sardool Sikander made his first appearances on radio and television in the early 1980s with his introductory album, “Roadways Di Laari”.
He has also acted in some Punjabi language films, like Jagga Daku. He was born on 15 January 1961.
