1. The Central Government will now determine the tenure of the Chief Information Commissioner and Information Commissioner. Their maximum age limit will be 65 years and the tenure will be 5 years.

2. The Central Government will also determine the salaries and allowances of the Chief Information Commissioner and Information Commissioners. Earlier, it was the rule that in the salaries and allowances of the Chief Information Commissioner and Information Commissioners, the Election Commission rule was applicable.

Electoral Bond- New Economic Model of Political Parties- Electoral Bond
An electoral bond, ie an electoral bond, is a bond on which its value is written like a currency note. These electoral bonds will be available in the denomination of Rs 1,000, Rs 10,000, Rs 1 lakh, Rs 10 lakh and Rs 1 crore. This bond can be used by individuals, institutions and organizations to donate money to political parties. The government claims that this will preserve the privacy of the money lender and black money will be controlled in the elections. However, in the Quint’s report, it has been claimed that the government can find out how much money the party got.

Now also know the truth that in the financial year 2018-19, the Bharatiya Janata Party received Rs 743 crore in donations of more than Rs 20,000. This amount is more than three times the amount of donations received by six national parties including the Congress. During this period, Congress got Rs 147 crore in electoral donations.

Data Protection Bill- Data protection bill will have a direct impact on you
The Narendra Modi government brought a data protection bill in 2019. This law has provisions such as data collection, storage, code of conduct and punishment in the event of a breach. The government has divided the data into three parts – sensitive, critical data and general data. Any data can only be taken in legal proceedings, the consent will be required for the use of the remaining data. Under this law, the government also says that the data that belongs to India will be the right of India. Now, if someone shares your data without your consent, then legal action can be taken against him.

POCSO Act – Death for those who raped children
In view of the increasing cases of rape and sexual violence in the country, the government has decided to tighten the Poxo law. The rules have been tightened, especially against those who commit sexual offenses with children. According to the Poxo ordinance, those who raped children below 12 years of age will be given death sentence. At the same time, the minimum punishment given to a rapist from a girl below 16 years has been increased from 10 years to 20 years. The convict may also face life imprisonment.

Citizenship Amendment Act- Citizenship Amendment Act, No effect on Indians but on India?
The only thing about the Citizenship Amendment Act is that it has become easier for religiously oppressed religious minorities in Afghanistan, Pakistan and Bangladesh to get citizenship in India. It has become easy for all such non-Muslim religious minorities who came before 2014 to get citizenship. Although this law was opposed across the country, many people lost their lives. This law does not directly affect any Indian, but the original soul of the Constitution is definitely affected, which has secularism at the center.
