90 Congress MLAs reached Ashok Galhot meeting

In the midst of the ongoing political crisis in Rajasthan, the Congress Legislature Party is to meet in Jaipur sometime from now. MLAs have started coming for the meeting. For this meeting, a whip has been issued by the Congress party that strict action will be taken on whoever does not come to this meeting. Meanwhile, the Sachin Pilot Group claims that there are thirty MLAs in their support, who will not attend this meeting.

On the one hand, there was concern about the fall of the government, on the other side, the raids of the Irac Department and the ED. More than 200 officers and employees of the Income Tax Department have raided many places in Delhi and Rajasthan. The locations of Dharmendra Rathod and Rajiv Arora, close to Ashok Gehlot, have been made. Rajiv Arora also oversees the economic management of the Rajasthan Congress. On Monday morning, the Income Tax Department team raided the whereabouts of Rajiv Arora, the jewelery firm’s owner and close to CM Ashok Gehlot. The information of this raid was not given to the local police, but the team of Income Tax Department is carrying out the raids along with the Central Reserve Police.

The Income Tax Department’s team is raiding Dharmendra Rathore’s house and office. Sources say that Rajiv Arora and Dharmendra Rathore are being questioned about the transactions done in and outside the country. Apart from this, the ED has also raided the house and office of Ravikant Sharma, business partner of Vaibhav Gehlot, son of CM Ashok Gehlot. The Congress termed the raid politically motivated and said that all this is an attempt to destabilize the Ashok Gehlot government.
