Barun Sobti and Sachin Khedekar starrer ‘Halahal’s trailer is out

Actor Barun Sobti and Sachin Khedekar starrer crime thriller film ‘Halahal’s trailer released on Thursday.

Eros Now, the makers of the film released the trailer on their official Twitter handle. Along with the two-minute video, they wrote, “A death, a botched up investigation, and the pursuit of a grieving father! Watch the mystery unfold; #SuicideOrMurder! #ErosNow #Halahal @zeishan_quadri @PriyankaBassi @Randeepjha @BarunSobtiSays @SachinSKhedekar @gibrannoorani @piyushputy  @onlytaranbajaj @RidhimaLulla”.

The trailer of ‘Halahal’ starts with intense background music and pans out to a charred dead body. To provide justice to his daughter, a father runs into a corrupt greedy police officer who is ready to help him. It further moves to the chase and chaotic scenes where both of them end up in a compromising situation.

Based on true events (Vyapam Scam), the fictional crime thriller will take you on a rollercoaster of emotions. Sachin Khedekar, who plays the role of a father, finds something suspicious in the post-mortem report of his daughter, Archana. While Barun Sobti will be seen in a new look where he plays the character of a macho policeman who is strong and unapologetic.

Anuradha Mukherjee and Vijay Srivastava too will be seen essaying the key roles in the film. It is produced by Shalini Chaudhary Priyanka Bassi and Syed Zeishan Quadri and the script is drafted by Zeishan and Gibran Noorani. Directed by ‘Halahal’ will be streaming on Eros Now from 21st September 2020.
