Before going to gym again, read these safety tips

Now when we are entering the third phase of unlocking known as Unlock 3.0 starting from August 3, Government is considering giving a few more relaxation like opening gyms and theatres. Yes, gym and theatres will open soon but not like before they will have a lot of restrictions. While the schools and the colleges still remain shut at least for the month of August.

With the closing gym and fitness centers due to coronavirus made people working out at home with the help of online training. And it actually turned to be really well because they did without any expert guidance, instructors and not to forget without any gym equipments.

However, now wit the opening of gym and fitness centres many of us would like to start going back to gym which we really missed. But not to forget this time its not like before and we have to take some safety precautions to keep ourselves and our loved ones safe from COVID-19.

Here are a few safety precautions:

Arrive and leave on your allotted time- If you don’t wanna rush into people and maintain a proper distance then don’t go to the gym at the very last time. Go at your allotted time, this way you will not end up rushing into too many people. And if you see that there are too many people then it is advised to wait in your car or somewhere at a distance.

Carry your own water bottle and other supplies- Be prepared when you go to the gym now. Carry all the essential items with you like your own water bottle, and yoga mats because now you wouldn’t want to use disposable cups at the water cooler and yoga mats at the gym used by many. Even the lockers and changing rooms will be closed to avoid the infection so be prepared with that as well.

Sanitize, sanitize and sanitize- If you don’t use gloves then after touching any gym equipment immediately sanitise your hands and do not touch your face. Carry a small bottle of sanitiser with you all the time.
