Big events from Pushkar fair to cancellation due to Corona! But Uttarakhand CM announced – Kumbh Mela will be in Haridwar

Corona outbreak has not reduced in the country. Thousands of infected are being found here every day. Meanwhile, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat has decided to organize Kumbh Mela. The Chief Minister of Uttarakhand on Sunday said that the Kumbh Mela 2021 in its “divine form” will be held in Haridwar. Successfully organizing the fair is a big challenge in view of the crowd of passengers and the corona epidemic.

CM Rawat said that despite all these difficult and practical problems arising out of the epidemic amidst the challenges of Corona, we have decided to organize Kumbh Mela in the coming year. The CM held a meeting with the Akhil Bhartiya Akhara Parishad (ABAP) office-bearers on Sunday about the preparations for the 2021 Kumbh Mela, which starts from 14 January.

The works of Kumbh Mela are being reviewed from time to time. Emphasizing this, Rawat said “Departmental Secretaries have been asked to monitor the work of Kumbh. The Chief Secretary has also been directed to review the situation in 15 days. ”

Rawat has also tweeted about Kumbh. He wrote, “From the beginning of Indian culture and civilization, Ganga is not only targeted as India’s greatest and sacred river but is also worshiped as ‘Mother’. For our government too, ‘Maa Ganga’, the symbol of the faith of crores of people, is paramount and we are always ready to maintain its cleanliness. ”

Let us tell you that the Kumbh Mela in Haridwar is held once every 12 years. Earlier, 1.62 crore devotees had taken a holy dip in the Kumbh Mela to be held in 2010. This is the first time the fair is going to be held after 11 years. It is being told that in 80 years a rare coincidence is being formed. The grand fair will conclude in late April.
