On the one hand, Coronavirus is causing havoc again in the capital of Delhi and on the other hand complaints of violation of security measures are also increasing continuously. The Delhi government is taking strict action against those who did not apply masks and imposed a fine of Rs 2000.

Meanwhile, BJP has released some pictures alleging that Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia has attended a wedding ceremony without wearing a mask. The party claims that these photos are from Monday. BJP shared the pictures and asked if their challan will be cut or not, is the Deputy Chief Minister above the rules. Recently, Sisodia was seen in the areas of Delhi distributing masks among the people and spreading awareness about Corona.

Delhi BJP tweeted the pictures and wrote, “CM sir, this is the Deputy Chief Minister in your government, and this is the picture of yesterday. There is no mask nor social distancing. But their challan will not be cut because you and your leaders consider themselves above the law. The challan will be filled only by the public and you will advertise with that money.

BJP MP from West Delhi Lok Sabha constituency, Pravesh Sahib Singh tweeted and asked, “Is this Delhi’s Deputy Chief Minister an example of an illness?” No one put a mask on them, they will be fined Rs 2000 ?! They are above their own rules?! ”

Coronavirus is growing rapidly in the surrounding areas including Delhi. In view of this, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal requested to reserve additional 1000 ICU beds (beds) in Central Government hospitals in Delhi for patients. The CM warned to take stern action against violators of security measures to protect Corona. A fine of two thousand rupees has also been ordered for not applying the mask.

In spite of strictness in Delhi, there are frequent complaints of violation of security measures. In public places, people are seen moving around without masks. Social distancing is also not being followed in markets and other places.
