Center leaves Shuvendu Adhikari with ‘Z’ security, threat of big break in Mamata’s party as soon as TMC leaves

The rebel leader Shuvendu Adhikari has received Z-category protection from the Union Home Ministry as soon as he leaves the Trinamool Congress Party (TMC) in West Bengal. On Friday, this information was given by the news agency ANI, quoting the order issued by the ministry.

According to the statement, “Shuvendu’s security system was investigated in the ministry in consultation with central security agencies. In Bengal, it has been decided to provide ‘Z’ class CRPF protection with bulletproof vehicles. ”

According to the ministry, the officer will get YP + category CRPF protection in other states outside of Bengal. Shuvendu Adhikari, who rebelled in TMC, was considered very close to Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee. The officer recently submitted his resignation to TMC Supremo and Bengal CM Mamta Banerjee. He also resigned from the Bengal Legislative Assembly.

In his resignation, he had said- I resign from all other posts related to the party with immediate effect with All India Trinamool Congress member. I am thankful for all the challenges and opportunities are given to me. Also, I will always value my time spent as a party member.

However, after her departure, Mamata said that Trinamool is a banyan tree-like party. In such a situation, it does not matter if one or two people leave. Didi may have full faith in her team, but she is getting jerk by jerk. Jitendra Tiwari resigned after the officer.

Then came the resignations of MLAs Sheelabhadra Dutta and Kabirul Islam (from the post of general secretary of the minority unit) on Friday. Meanwhile, there are reports that 61 party leaders including one may leave TMC. In such a situation, there is a danger of a big breakdown at Didi’s party.
