Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray on Sunday appealed to the people of the state not to ease their precautions against Kovid-19 and strictly follow health safety rules to avoid another lockdown. He said that although he has been advised to impose a night curfew he does not believe that anything can be achieved by implementing such restrictions.

He said that loosening the conditions of lockdown does not mean that the epidemic has gone, so people need to be careful. During a webcast, the Chief Minister said that though people are following the Kovid-19 security rules on a large scale, they are still not following the instructions to apply many other masks and roam around crowded places. He warned the people that the next second or third wave of corona could be like a tsunami, so follow all safety measures.

Here, 17 more people died due to coronavirus infection in Rajasthan on Sunday, taking the total number of deaths in the state to 2,163. At the same time, the number of total infected in the state has increased to 2,43,936 after 3,260 new cases were reported. Officials said that in the last 24 hours till 6 pm on Sunday, 17 more deaths have occurred due to coronavirus infection in the state, which has now increased to 2,163 people killed in the epidemic.

He said that so far 412 have died in Jaipur due to coronavirus infection, 216 in Jodhpur, 163 in Ajmer, 158 in Bikaner, 123 in Kota, 100 in Bharatpur, 83 in Udaipur, and 82 in Pali. He said that a total of 2,18,583 people have been cured of the coronavirus infection so far in the state. With this, 3260 new cases of infection were reported on Sunday, taking the total number of people infected with this deadly virus in the state to 2,43,936 out of which 23,190 patients are under treatment.

On the other hand, due to Corona’s increasing influence, authorities in the West Delhi district on Sunday ordered the closure of two markets in Nangloi in the evening for violations of social distance and masks for the prevention of Kovid-19. A senior official said that the District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) in West Delhi issued an order on Sunday directing the closure of Punjabi Basti Bazaar and Janta Market by 30 November.

He said, “Despite repeated instructions and warnings from the authorities, the government issued both vendors and buyers wearing masks, maintaining physical distance, and other safety measures from Kovid-19 in both street-market markets. The instructions were being violated. ”District administrative officials along with police and North Delhi Municipal Corporation (NDMC) teams closed the markets.
