In summers, one of the best and healthy drink is Buttermilk (Chhaas), it cools down the body and you can stay hydrated for a long time by drinking this healthy drink but when the monsoon starts, the problems like hair fall or dandruff starts to occur but do you know we can stop all these problems with buttermilk? Yes, we can as it is not good for our digestion but also food our hair:

For Dandruff- If you have dandruff, then mix lemon juice in buttermilk and massage the hair with this solution for 15 minutes. Then wash the hair with lukewarm water.

For White hair – Take 7-8 curry leaves and grind it. Then make a hair pack by adding the buttermilk and apply this hair pack on the entire hair, especially on the roots. Leave this for 30 minutes and then wash the hair with shampoo.

For hair loss – Take half a cup of buttermilk, a small ripe banana, one egg, 5 drops of extra virgin olive oil, two teaspoons of honey. Grind the banana in the mixer, after making the banana paste, add honey and oil to it. Now break the egg and mix it. Your hair mask is ready. Mix all these things well. Apply this hair mask made of buttermilk, olive oil, eggs and honey to your hair. Leave this mask on the hair for 30 minutes. Now wash the hair with shampoo.
