Juicing- The fiber is left behind when we extract the fruit or vegetable for juice. And we consume the vitamins and nutrients in a more concentrated form. Its easier to help the absorption of nutrients. But it can bad too when some fruits have more sugar than sodas.
Blending- Smoothies are made from the blending of fruits and vegetables where all the fiber is there and it makes the digestion process very healthy. They contain antioxidants and are very filling. That’s the reason why some people prefer smoothies to juices.

Fiber- The drawback of juices is that they miss fiber which helps in improving digestion. Some fruits like carrots, apples, beans and citrus fruits have soluble fiber that dissolves well in water so they help in slowing down the process of digestion and also manage blood sugar levels. Though, fiber is well utilized in smoothies which are excellent in stimulating out intestines and make them active.

Nutrient– Juices have more nutrients in a concentrated form which are easily absorbed. A good amount of necessary minerals and vitamins present in fruits are extracted in a juice. Whereas blended fruits do not just have fiber in them. For fruits like grapefruit when blended, a higher concentration of the beneficial compound is present which is mostly found in fibrous membranes of the fruit.
