Pasta is an Italian dish, but now it has become so popular all over the world. You can choose any type of pasta, as it has many different types like penne pasta, spaghetti pasta etc., but if you want to select pasta according to health, then buy wheat pasta as it is low in fat and contains a lot of fiber and protein, Protein helps your body to maintain muscle mass and also helps you to build muscle.

You will need these ingredients to make pasta:

Pasta – 2 cups

Cheese – 1 teaspoon

Garlic – 10-12 chopped pieces

Boneless Chicken – 1 Cup

Red chili powder – 1/2 teaspoon

Oil

Salt

Cream – 1 teaspoon

Parsley – (for garnishing)

Chilli flakes or oregano

Method:

First, boil the pasta in the pan with hot water and keep it aside. Add some oil to it so that the pasta does not stick together.

Now clean the chicken well and boil it well in hot water on medium flame.

After heating the oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and red chili and fry it for 2 minutes and then take it out.

Then add boiled chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, add boiled pasta and salt accordingly and cook well for a while.

After about 4 minutes, add cream to it and stir it well and leave it to cook for 5 minutes.

Then after 5 minutes put half fried garlic on top and turn off the gas.

Your garlic chicken pasta is ready to be served, serve it with fries or nachos.
