IPL 2021: CSK may take this big decision regarding Suresh Raina

Preparations have started for the upcoming season of the IPL and the deadline to retain and release players for all the teams has also come. Amidst all this, the biggest question is whether Chennai Super Kings will keep Suresh Raina with them?

In fact, Suresh Raina’s relationship with Chennai Super Kings in the last season i.e. IPL 2020 got sour when he decided to leave the tournament. If sources are to be believed, before IPL 2021, Chennai Super Kings can make a big decision on Suresh Raina. There is also an issue of Rs 11 crore for the franchise to retain Suresh Raina in the team, which has to be paid to Raina as a fee. Sources have told that CSK has to take a big decision on Raina. There is no doubt that he has contributed a lot to CSK’s success in the past. As the team is reopening itself to pay or block 11 crores from 85 crore pay -persons.

It is worth noting that Suresh Raina has been with Chennai Super Kings for a long time and has shown great performance for his team so far. Suresh Raina has scored more than 5000 runs in IPL. Raina is the best player of IPL. He has scored a total of 5368 runs with an average of 33.34 and a strike rate of 137.14. Raina has so far scored a century and 38 half-centuries in the IPL.
