Taking to Instagram Janhvi shared a black and white picture where she can be seen hugging her late mother Sridevi in a tight embrace. The duo is seen smiling in the throwback picture as they posed for the click, sitting beside each other.

Sridevi passed away in 2018, February in Dubai due to accidental drowning as they say. the sudden demise of the actress left many in shock. Daughter Janhvi Kapoor was all set to make her acting debut with ‘Dhadak’ but the mother unfortunately couldn’t see her daughter debut. Sridevi’s last film before passing away was ‘mom’ and it was greatly appreciated by netizens.
