Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray has decided to implement Section 144 in the state for the next 15 days from 8 pm on Wednesday night, due to the uncontrolled Corona infection getting worse day by day in Maharashtra. The imposition of Section 144 in the state has been named ‘Break the Chain’. Chief Minister Thackeray announced this late on Tuesday night. He said that there will be a ban on the movement of needless people. Along with this, the head of the state has also ordered the closure of all the offices of the state. However, items engaged in essential services are exempted. Let me tell you that Maharashtra is the only state in the country where the corona is spreading rapidly. Last year too, the worst situation was worsened by Corona in Maharashtra itself. Now this year also Corona has affected Maharashtra the most.

What will remain open in Maharashtra?

Local and buses will not be closed in Maharashtra during the 15-day bandh. With this, work in banks will continue as before. Apart from this, there will be no restriction on transport. E-commerce services and petrol pumps will remain open as before. Restaurants will open but there will be a ban on eating food while sitting there. Customers will be able to order only by ordering food. Media workers will be allowed to move around. Shiva food thali will be given free of cost by the government.

These places will remain banned / closed

Places of worship in Maharashtra have been closed for 15 days. Along with this, schools and colleges will also be closed. At the same time, private coaching classes, barbershop, spa, salon and beauty parlor will be closed from Wednesday to May 1 till 7 am. In addition, offices with non-essential services will also be closed. At the same time, no person will be able to move without work. All public places, establishments and activities will remain closed. Religious, social, cultural gatherings will be banned.

During this time, 1500 rupees will be given by the government to the laborers engaged in the construction works. The government will provide Rs 1500 help to 12 lakh laborers living in the state. Financial assistance of Rs 1500-1500 will be given to rickshaw pullers with permits. At the same time, 2 thousand rupees will be given to the tribal.
