Maruti is all set to launch the facelift version of its premium crossover S-Cross by the end of this month. Quashing reports of it coming with 1.6 litre diesel engine, the company will bring the new version of car with 1.3 litre diesel engine only with a manual gearbox. However unlike the Brezza, the S-Cross facelift will also have the SHVS system to get better efficiency numbers.
It is expected that Maruti will price it aggressively to bring good buying figures.
In the new facelift model the Maruti has given S-Cross a brand new look with a bigger grille, new headlamps, new front bumper, new alloys while the rear has restyled tail-lamps.
From the inside, the car has got minor updates and changes to keep the passengers up to date with the latest technology.
Despite being the premium product of Maruti it is expected that the company will keep it under 11 lakhs for the top end version.
