PM Modi likely to hold virtual meetings with CMs over COVID situation, vaccine distribution plan

Amid growing cases of Coronavirus in India, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday took a marathon meeting with Chief Ministers of eight states on the roadmap ahead. The meeting was attended by the CMs of the states where cases of corona infection have increased recently. During this time, the PM spoke on things ranging from doses and prices, etc., when the vaccine arrived. Also called upon all Chief Ministers to share in writing the responses to the Kovid-19 strategy. In this context, he made it clear that no one can impose his idea and all have to work together.

Modi said, “Today India is very stable in mortality and recovery rate compared to other countries. With the untiring efforts of all of us, a large network of testing and treatment is working in the country. Emphasis is also on providing oxygen and ventilators from the PM CARES Fund. ”
“It has been our priority to save the lives of every countryman in the fight against Corona,” he said. Now, even after the introduction of the vaccine, our priority will be to reach our vaccine. India’s campaign involving the Corona vaccine is a national commitment for every citizen.

According to Modi, the experience that India has about the vaccine is not even available to the big countries of the world. For us, speed is as important as it is essential, safety is also there. Every scientific vaccine that India gives to its citizens will meet every scientific criterion.

He further explained on the distribution of the vaccine that as far as the distribution of the vaccine is concerned, its preparation will also be done with all the states. Who will be vaccinated on a priority basis, it will be combined with states. States should start working on it. Additional supplies will also be worked on.
