So this year make barfi at home with a twist, that is combine the creamy texture of chocolate with crunchy dry fruits. These two ingredients are rich in many health benefits, so after combining it both they will not only be tasty but will also provide nutrition benefits:

You will need these ingredients:

  • Ghee – 50 grams
  • Coconut powder – 20g
  • Milk Chocolate – 50 grams
  • Milk – 2 cups
  • Almond-1/2 cup (chopped)
  • Cashew-1/2 cup (chopped)
  • Cardamom powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sugar – 1 cup
  • Walnuts – 1/2 cup (chopped)
  • Pistachio – 1/2 teaspoon (chopped)

Method:

 

  • First, heat a pan and add 2 spoons of ghee and coconut powder to it and cook.
  • After some time add milk to it and cook it for 5 to 6 minutes. Keep stirring it so that it does not burn down. Now add all the chopped dry fruits and cook it well for 5 to 6 minutes.
  • After 6 minutes add cardamom powder and sugar and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • After 3 minutes take it out in a square container and spread it well.
  • After this, cut it into the shape of barfi with the help of a knife and keep it in the fridge for some time to make the perfect shape
  • After some time, remove it from the fridge and serve.
