Sanya Malhotra Drops Meenakshi Sundareshwar Posters

Actress Sanya Malhotra just dropped back-to-back two new posters from her forthcoming romantic drama Meenakshi Sundareshwar, also starring Abhimanyu Dassani in the lead roles.
Sanya and Abhimanyu, two play the titular characters, Meenakshi and Sundaershwar, a young couple in south India facing issues of long-distance and the struggles of marriage.
Sharing the posters Sanya Malhotra took to her Twitter profile. She tweeted, “Married for a strange reason, separated for a stranger reason. Can a long distance arranged marriage work? Meenakshi Sundareshwar – streaming soon on @NetflixIndia #AbMenuMeinSabNew #VivekSoni @Abhimannyu_D @apoorvamehta18 @karanjohar @somenmishra0 @Dharmatic_”

The film is helmed by Vivek Soni, marking his directorial debut. The film also marks Malhotra’s second association with Netflix after Ludo. The film is set in Madurai, Tamil Nadu and tells the couple’s chaotic and hilarious story about their relationship, marriage, and love. This Dharmatic Productions venture by Karan Johar is set to be released on Netflix soon.

Sanya starrer Pagglait, will also stream on Netflix. The comic caper is helmed by Umesh Bist. The film also features Shruti Sharma, Ashutosh Rana and Raghubir Yadav in lead roles. The story of film about a young widow as she learns how to free her crazy, face the family and find herself. The film is set to be released on 26 March 2021 on Netflix.
