Singer Lata Mangeshkar Sends a Heart-warming Message to PM Modi on Rakhshabandhan

The lady nightingale of India Singer Lata Mangeshkar also popularly referred as “Didi” remembered Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Rakshabandhan, one of the most auspicious and widely celebrated day in the Hindu Mythology.

She posted a video message wishing Modi Ji and praised him for all the work and dedication in the development of the country and its people. She extended her warm and earnest regards in the video message with her heart melting voice and rendered apology for not being able to send Rakhi to him given the ongoing crisis.

Lata Didi in her message said “I couldn’t send you Rakhi this time, the world knows why…..If possible, today…..promise you’ll take India to greater heights”. Prime Minister was delighted to receive the message and responded with utmost admiration and respect to the singer.

PM Modi replied “Didi your message brings about immense energy and positivity. With the blessings of mothers and sister from across the country India will surely touch new heights of success and glory”. He further added “I pray God for your good health and high spirits”.

The sweet gesture of the old singer towards the PM has pushed people into a direction of spreading love and positive energy and acknowledging and appreciating the work and presence of the people around who are lucky to have their relatives and friends safe and sound in this difficult time.
