Sony Music India Welcomes Amaal Malik On-Board

Amaal Malik who has showcased his talent as a successful music composer, singer and lyricist in entertainment industry has signed an exclusive recording agreement with Sony Music India for his non film pop debut.
Sony Music India team shared this news and welcomed Amaal on board with a press release. They wrote, “Welcome to the Sony Music India family @amaal_malik! We are so excited to start this journey with you.”
Amaal Malik made his debut in Bollywood as  a music composer with Salman Khan’s film ‘Jai Ho’ in the year 2014. In such a short span of time, he has delivered some of Bollywood’s biggest chartbusters for films as Kabir Singh, M S Dhoni The Untold Story, Airlift, Kapoor &Sons, among others.
His songs have garnered more than 10 Million listeners on Spotify and JioSaavn and his music has over three billion streams on Gaana. Amaal has a list of music awards in his kitty including Filmfare (2016 and 2020), IIFA (2016, 2018 & 2019), GiMA (2016), Mirchi Music Awards (2016, 2019 &2020 ) and has performed live with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra.
As he signs his exclusive contract with Sony Music India, his fans are eagerly waiting for his pop debut. He will continue to work as a music director for films.  His next film as a music composer is ‘Saina’ starring Parineeti Chopra and is based on the life of Badminton player Saina Nehwal.
