Stress is something which kills happiness, laughter, peace and most importantly moments. Being in a stressful situation is quite normal now a days and is acceptable too because it’s human nature to take stress over things that are not favorable and turns out worst sometimes, but what is not acceptable is live in stress and allow it to take over our happiness and inner peace.

There are many reason to get stress in normal life. Some are as follows :

  • Not receiving expected response or things which we have planned and worker hard for.
  • Not getting things done on time due to over burden, external disturbance, health issues, or any emergency situation that arises.
  • Any issue in family, between friends or relationships.
  • For students it may be school work tension, projects, less marks or may be entrance examination.
  • Office work load, loss in business. dues, unemployment or may be something very personal.

The list goes on…

This can lead to depression if not handled properly and on time. For that the most effective thing is “Stress free environment” which could only be created by peers, family, friends and us. One has to take care of their mental health and try to find things that makes threm happy.

Some additional things that a person can do are :

  • Select one or two hobbies and try to make time for that at least once in a day or in a week if you are too busy.
  • Find your interest and do things that actually brings joy to you and your life.
  • Take your stress in normal way, don’t give it much importance and find solutions without getting panic.
  • If you find the problem is big then try to talk to your parents or take advice from senior.
