How to bust Stress?
To bust stress or two, one can always turn to this cost-effective and ‘anytime’ stress buster – A DETOX BATH with added detoxifying ingredients usually available at home. A detox bath happens with lukewarm water containing curing agents. It leads to an increase in the body temperature resulting in sweat and the discharge of toxins from pores. The muscles relax and ultimately reduce stress. Here are the three easily available detoxifying agents that can be used –

Coconut Oil – Mostly available in households as hair oil, exhibits de-stressing properties. Coconut Oil helps reduce muscle tension and beat bloating/inflammation caused by stress. It is a natural moisturizer too – that helps in improving skin texture, reducing rashes, and stretch marks.

How to use: Add 2 tablespoons of Coconut Oil to a bucket of lukewarm water and stir it just before use.

Green Tea – Its anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory properties make it a wholesome beverage for health-conscious individuals to drink. But using green tea infused bath water also gets us utmost relaxing results. Such a bath reduces muscle strain. It also removes dirt and oils that minimizes acnes and skin breakouts. Such baths have calming effects on our mind.

How to use: Soak 2 tea bags in a mug of hot water and leave it for 5 minutes, then add the mug to the bucket of lukewarm water.
