Suzuki launches BS6 V-Strom 650XT ABS in India, will compete with these bikes in adventure tourer segment!
Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. (SMIPL) on Monday (November 23, 2020) launched the V-Strom 650XT ABS in India. This bike is the BS6 variant of the company’s ‘Do-it-All’ motorcycle/adventure tourer. Suzuki intends to strengthen its BS6 product portfolio in India through this. It was showcased at Auto Expo 2020. The V-Strom 650 XT ABS is the first major BS6 bike in the SMIPL portfolio.
The company says that it has been designed keeping in mind the adventure enthusiasts. Apart from being versatile, it is also suitable for everyday travel, long highway rides and rough terrain. Let us know that SMIPL is a subsidiary of Japan-origin automobile company Suzuki Motor Corporation.
The Suzuki V-Strom 650 XT ABS features a four-stroke liquid-cooled, 645cm3 replacement with DOHC, 90 ° V-twin engine, making it an ideal and attractive choice for anyone wanting an adventure bike. Suzuki Easy Start System has been given in the motorcycle, so that it will not have the hassle of kicking, etc., but it will be started by pressing a button.
This middleweight adventure tourer gets the Light Weight Anti-lock Braking System i.e. ABS, which gives a good grip while driving on the road. BS6 V-Strom 650XT ABS price is Rs 884,000 (Ex-showroom price – in Delhi). Two colors are available on the bike. The first variant is Champion Yellow. Second- Pearl Glacier White. These bikes will be available with all major Suzuki dealerships across the country.
