Humans are less scared than coronas. The World Health Organization may be saying that by the end of the year there will be a large number of deaths due to corona in India, but Yamraj’s concern is second. Despite the speed at which the corona is spreading, deaths from it are so high that even the annual target of total deaths can be met. Rather, many other causes of death have resulted in a decrease in death toll.

There has been a significant reduction in deaths in the corona transition period compared to the number of deaths in India this year or the number of deaths reported last year.

Is the claim to have a lower total death count true? If this is true, then this study will help to remove the fear of corona from the minds of people. Here we try to investigate what effect Corona has had on death toll.

Based on the data received from the government here, deaths in Amravati city, Amravati district, Maharashtra state and India from April to June last year have been compared to the deaths in the same period this year.

Before the study, keep in mind that there is a slight difference between the data on total population and the total death toll in the world meter and government data, and secondly in India only 70 percent of the deaths are registered every year.

The estimated 2020 population of Amaravati city is 7.52 lakhs. In April, May, June 2019, 1938 deaths were registered in Amravati and 1546 deaths were registered in 2020. That is, in these three months of the Corona period, there are 392 fewer deaths in 2020 than in 2019.

The cremation workers at the crematorium in Amravati city say that fewer dead bodies are being burnt in the Corona period than last year. His statement confirms the death toll in the city.

The estimated population of Amravati district in 2020 is 32.92 lakhs. The entire district registered 4944 in April, May, June 2019 and 4117 deaths in 2020. That is, in these three months of the Corona period in Amravati district, 827 deaths have been reduced in 2020 as compared to 2019. Whereas in Amravati district till June 30, the number of corona infected was 569 and the death toll was 23.

The estimated 2020 population of Maharashtra is 12.62 crores. According to the available data, there were a total of 678706 deaths in Maharashtra in the year 2018. 105743 deaths were registered in two months April and May. In the same period of 2020, only 70424 have been registered. That is, there has been a decrease of 35319 in 2020 as compared to 2018 in two months of Corona period. While 2286 deaths occurred from Kovid-19 in Maharashtra till 31 May. As of June 30, the number of corona infected was 174761 and 7855 deaths from Kovid-19.

According to the World Meter, India has a population of 138 crore by 2020 and a total of 97 million deaths last year. The general mortality rate of 2020 is estimated at 7.3 / 1000, according to which a total of 1 crore deaths have been estimated in 2020. This means an average of 821190 deaths per month and an average of 27397 deaths per day. According to the government report, the registered death toll in 2018 was 69.50 lakh.

The first corona infection in India occurred on 30 January and the first corona death on 12 March. Since then, as of 30 June, according to the Worldometer, the number of corona infected in India was 5.85 lakh and the death toll was 17410. This death toll is much lower than the average monthly deaths in India during the same period.

Corona infection is continuously increasing in India. Now every day one will see the highest number of infection and death figures. If calculated according to infection and mortality, two months later, India could reach number one in the world in corona infection and in corona death number three months later, India could reach number one in the world.

It is estimated that by December this year, about 50 million people in India may be infected and 9 lakh people may die. This is a very large number. Despite this, the total death toll will be much lower than last year.

The dabbling rate of Karona infection in India was initially 3.4 days. Now it has reached 21 days and if this trend continues then after a time the speed of corona infection is likely to decrease and stabilize.

About 1.5 lakh people commit suicide every year in India. More than 2 lakh deaths occur every year in road accidents. Every year 4.5 to 5 lakh people die from TB.
