CBSE, ICSE assessment scheme gets green signal from SC, petitions seeking stay dismissed

जयपुर डेस्क !!!The situation created due to corona virus infection has affected the board examinations a lot. Many education boards have canceled their examinations and have come up with an assessment scheme for the results of the students. CBSE and ICSE are also working on the assessment scheme by canceling the board exams. But, petitions were filed against it in the Supreme Court, which were dismissed by the Supreme Court after hearing on Tuesday. Along with dismissing the petitions challenging the decision to cancel the board examinations by CBSE and ICSE, the Supreme Court has also given green signal to the assessment scheme of these boards.

Appearing in the Supreme Court, Advocate Vikas Singh said that ‘the students who want to appear in the examination should be given the option of giving the exam before they are assessed. They should not be assessed. On this the judge said that ‘then they will have only one option left. This will be injustice to the students.
