Coronavirus 2nd Wave: Corona’s new look increases doctors’ concern, RT-PCR tests also fail, report claims

Once again, Corona has caused an outcry across the country. Night curfew has been imposed in many cities of the country to prevent the coronavirus. At the same time, Maharashtra’s condition is worst. In such a situation, a lockdown situation has arisen there. Meanwhile, another disturbing thing has come to light. Actually, a report has said that the new variant of Novel Coronavirus has become more dangerous and contagious than before as well as it is becoming secret. Doctors at the City Hospital say that there have been many cases in which the patient has several specific symptoms of corona infection, but even after conducting RT-PCR tests two to three times, his report is still negative.

Due to which it is not known whether that patient has a corona infection or not. Let me tell you that the RT-PCR test has been considered to be the best for detecting corona, but this recent report has also increased the concern of doctors and medical experts.

According to a report in the English newspaper ‘The Times of India’, Dr. Ashish Chaudhary, managing director of Aakash Healthcare says that, ‘We are getting many such patients in the last few days. Those who had a fever, cough, shortness of breath and lung infection. A CT scan showed light brown patches in his lungs. It is called patchy ground-glass capacity in medical language. This is a typical feature of Kovid-19.

He said that the victims are suffering from bronchoalveolar lavage, which is a diagnostic technique. In this, a liquid is given in the lungs through the mouth or nose of the infected, which goes inside and tests the fluid. This confirms the analysis. Dr. Ashish Chaudhary says, ‘All such people whose RT-PCR test was negative. All of them had a lavage test. In this test, all these have been found positive in corona symptoms.

Regarding the harm caused by this, Dr. Pratibha Kale, Professor of Medical Microbiology at the Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences, said, ‘It is possible that the virus has not damaged the nose or throat cavity in these patients, because these drugs The result of the swab sample taken from it was not positive. He stated that, ‘The virus may have connected itself to ACE receptors. It is a protein that occurs in many cell types within the lungs. So when samples were taken from here, corona infection was confirmed in it.
