Covid-19 Update: Big boom in Corona cases, more than 1,45000 cases come in 24 hours, 780 deaths
Covid-19 update: The number of covid-19 cases in India continues to increase. After the arrival of 1,45,384 new cases of COVID-19 in the last 24 hours in India, the total number of positive cases has increased to 1,32,05,926. After 780 new deaths, the total number of deaths has increased to 1,68,436. The total number of active cases in the country is 10,46,631 and the total number of discharged cases is 1,19,90,859. A total of 1,31,968 new cases were reported on Friday.
A total of 9,80,75,160 people have been vaccinated with the Coronavirus in the country. According to the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), a total of 25,52,14,803 sample tests have been done in India to date for coronavirus, out of which 11,73,219 samples were tested yesterday.
In Haryana, 2,994 new cases of COVID19 have been reported in the last 24 hours. 1,970 people were discharged and 11 died. In Punjab, 3,459 new cases of COVID19 have been reported in the last 24 hours. 2,518 people were discharged and 56 died. There have been 58,993 new cases of COVID19 in the last 24 hours in Maharashtra. 45,391 people were discharged and 301 deaths have been recorded. In Delhi, 8,521 new cases of COVID19 have been reported in the last 24 hours. 5,032 people were discharged and 39 died.
In the past 24 hours, there have been 4,541 new cases of COVID19 in Gujarat. 2,280 people were discharged and 42 died. The total number of cases in the state now stands at 3,37,015. Agra District Magistrate said, “Corona cases have increased in the district in the last one week. Right now the positivity is around 2%. As of last night, our total active cases were less than 500. 50-55 cases have been coming from the last 3 days. A special campaign is being run for the mask.
